To mark their 100th anniversary, Deugro gathered their global team for a meaningful and creative team-building session centered around the theme Moving Mountains. This wasn't just a celebration — it was a powerful metaphor for what they’ve achieved and continue to push toward.

Participants worked in teams to paint individual canvases inspired by majestic mountain ranges. The twist? Each painting was a piece of a massive puzzle — a mural that would only come to life when everyone’s effort came together. From the first stroke of paint to the final reveal, the room lit up with pride, laughter, and a real sense of unity.

Beyond the art jamming, fun fringe games, and custom anniversary packs, what stood out was the way every activity tied back to a shared vision: finding a way to the top, together.
