Paradise Show Up & Glow Up

Big corporations don’t usually go barefoot in the sand — but EY Singapore did just that with Paradise: Show Up & Glow Up. Held at Palawan Green, this bold move broke the mould, bringing over 3,000 staff together for an unforgettable beachfront celebration under the stars.

The day kicked off with a full-on fiesta of team-building and fun: from high-energy Hyperdrive races and raft-building competitions to luge rides, mini golf, and classic beach carnival games. As the sun set, the main event lit up — literally.

We transformed Sentosa into a glowing paradise with stunning transparent tents lined with fairy lights and a full-scale AV and lighting setup that made the beach shine. Food container trucks dished out favourites like Shake Shack, Popeyes, Playmade and more, while a 3-minute firework display signaled the start of the party.

Three live bands and the one and only DJ Ghetto brought the house (or beach) down, with a final burst of fireworks to end the night on a high. From start to finish, Paradise wasn’t just a theme — it was the EY experience, reimagined.
