Theresa Nicole Ban, founder of Into E Projects, is a well-regarded figure in Singapore’s events and experiential marketing industry. With over 20 years of experience, she is known for her creative vision, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to delivering impactful event experiences.
She established Into E Projects in 1997 to fill a gap in the local events landscape—where service often took precedence over strategy and storytelling. Her goal was to build a boutique agency focused on meaningful relationships, tailored concepts, and results-driven execution. Under her leadership, the company has earned a reputation for its creativity, reliability, and thoughtful delivery.

Jeremy Kin Lim has been with Into E Projects since 2004 and currently serves as General Manager, Project Consultant, and Emcee. With over two decades of experience, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, client servicing, and team operations. Known for his professionalism and calm leadership, Jeremy brings strategic insight to every event while maintaining a strong rapport with clients and partners. As a professional emcee, he also brings energy and engagement to live activations.
