ST Engineering Team Building

From precision terrarium crafting to laughter-fueled icebreakers, the ST Engineering – Mission Software & Services, Defence Services BU team came together for a day of purposeful play at Orchid Country Club. The ballroom transformed into a buzzing hub of activity, with 500+ participants grouped into colour-coded teams for friendly competition.

We designed the programme to be both creative and collaborative — kicking off with fast-paced energisers before moving into the main team challenge: a hands-on terrarium-building contest where each team presented their final masterpiece on stage. Points weren’t just awarded for aesthetics, but also storytelling and teamwork!
